Job Description
Permit Technician – Responsible for creating and submitting basic permit applications required for utility installations to various State, County, and Municipal agencies, along with pole permit submittals to electric companies and telco companies under guidance of Permit Specialist, Designer, or Project Manager. Permit technician will be responsible for data management and client work management system updates.
No formal education or experience required. On the job training will be provided for candidates.
Excellent communication and organizational skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (word, excel, etc)
Previous experience with Utility Work and/or permitting is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
