Title: Parts Assistant

Hire Type: Direct Hire - $45-$50k per year depending on experience.
Job Duties:
- Create and send quotes for all customer requested service
- Create Spare parts quotes/orders for customers if needed.
- Coordinate and Assist Director in any actions or special tasks assigned.
- Handling of the spare parts business
- Quotation preparation incl. monitoring
- Order creation incl. follow-up
- Invoicing
- Support with the dunning process
- Master data maintenance
- Report spare parts Costs and Inventory dollar amount to director Monthly, quarterly, and annual.
- Assist Service supervisor in event of Vacation or Coverage
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills such as emailing, record keeping, ordering, inventory management and form filing
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts
- Basic interest in technical equipment
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- SAP and CRM knowledge is an advantage
- English language skills in spoken and written
- Independent working style and strong sense of responsibility
- Service and customer orientation
- Experience in processing customer service transactions is advantageous
