Job Description
- Participate in the building, wiring, soldering, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of custom electronic panels, components, equipment, and systems on most or all varieties of products.
- Responsible for reporting Panel Shop status with regard to work orders and due dates. Make recommendations to the Electronic Assembly Manager regarding hours/overtime allocation to ensure the department stays current.
- Assist the Electronic Assembly Manager with personnel allocation for the Panel Shop and Solutions production area.
- Responsible for ensuring the department builds custom modular builds and modular assemblies meet the required specifications and quality assurance goals.
- Track levels of manufacturing supplies, such as chemicals, labels, bags, etc., and report low levels to the manager.
- High School diploma or higher education required
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in industrial panel building
- This position requires the individual to decipher wiring drawings and schematics, follow work instructions, and have excellent oral communication skills.
