Hire Type: 6 month+ contract, onsite
Target Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00/hour (W2, with full employee benefits)

Job Summary:
Seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support global packaging sustainability initiatives by collecting, validating, and maintaining environmental data across materials, suppliers, and products. This role ensures accurate reporting and supports compliance with evolving sustainability standards within a pharmaceutical packaging manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:
  • Collect, organize, and maintain sustainability data for packaging materials, components, and suppliers.
  • Manage global databases and trackers for carbon footprint, recycled content, and packaging attributes.
  • Provide sustainability metrics and insights for internal reporting and the Corporate Sustainability Report.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to gather environmental compliance and sustainability declarations.
  • Support evaluation of packaging sustainability initiatives and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop tools and templates to streamline sustainability reporting and data collection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainability culture and data accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Packaging Engineering, or Data Analytics preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sustainability data management, compliance, or packaging-related analytics.
  • Familiarity with packaging materials, recyclability, or circular economy concepts a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and data management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
