Title: Process Safety Engineer 

Location: Lockport, IL

Job Duties:
  • Update PSM procedures 
    • Confirm content does not contradict corporate standard or code/industry best practice
    • Update to new format
  • Create PHA/LOPA Guidance Documents
    • As issues are identified during PHA/LOPA studies, create guidance documents to help foster consistency.
  • Capital/Expense Project Safety Engineering support as needed/assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • BS degree in chemical, mechanical, or process engineering
  • Prefer processing or chemical plant; someone with process management experience, chemical or petrochemical type of experience
  • Proficient in Excel with manipulating data
  • Microsoft Project a plus
  • Safety background a plus
