Outside Sales Representative
Job Description
- Achieve sales goals by retaining existing customers and developing new business.
- Provide strategic recommendations, pricing, and customized solutions for products and services.
- Prepare and present product and service quotations to potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales transactions.
- Initiate sales calls with customers in various industrial applications.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Oversee delivery, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems.
- Collaborate with OEMs, engineering, and technical staff to clarify customer needs.
- Research local markets to identify sales opportunities and competitors.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their core business drivers.
- Record account, contract, and sales activities in the CRM daily.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales (preferred)
- Education: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Strong understanding of sales processes and customer needs.
