Outside Sales Representative
Job Description
Location: Buford, GA,
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $80k-$85k/yr. +commission
Job Duties:
- Achieve sales goals by retaining existing customers and acquiring new business.
- Provide strategic recommendations, pricing, and customized solutions to meet individual customer needs.
- Prepare and propose product and service quotations to potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and close transactions.
- Initiate sales calls and deliver presentations to customers in various industrial applications.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Oversee delivery, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems.
- Collaborate with OEMs, engineering, and technical staff to understand customer needs and develop specifications.
- Research local markets to identify sales opportunities and competitors.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their core business profit drivers.
- Record account, contract, and sales activities daily in the CRM.
- Perform other related duties and provide progress reports as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in results-oriented sales.
- Associate Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Background in industrial sales (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to devise and execute strategies for increasing market share.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in customer presentations.
- Proficient in Excel and Office 365; familiarity with Dynamics or other CRM platforms desirable.
- Valid driver's license required.
