Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Process Analyst
Location: Waukegan, IL (On-site)
Duration: 12–24 Months (Contract) - possible to go contract to hire

Pay Range $55 - $65.00 per hour DOE

We’re seeking a Sr. Operations & Manufacturing Process Analyst to lead high-impact projects focused on improving production efficiency, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This high-visibility role blends data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and technical process support.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, DMAIC).
  • Analyze and present data using Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Track inventory and production using SAP, LIMS, and PI systems.
  • Support equipment validation, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
  • Lead or support RCA, FMEA, and cross-functional investigations.
  • Interface with Planning and Finance to track performance, orders, and yields.
 
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years in manufacturing or production analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, SharePoint, and HTML.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
