Target Pay Range:  $35.00 - $45.00/hour (W2)

Job Summary: 
Seeking an Instrumentation Technician to perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab and manufacturing equipment in a GMP-regulated environment. This role ensures equipment accuracy, compliance, and uninterrupted operations.

Job Duties:
  • Calibrate and maintain a wide range of equipment (pipettes, balances, temperature/pressure devices, flow/conductivity meters, radiation instruments, centrifuges, incubators, etc.).
  • Follow GMP, FDA, ISO 17025, and internal standards.
  • Document calibration results, deviations, and maintenance actions.
  • Investigate out-of-tolerance (OOT) and unplanned maintenance issues.
  • Support audits as a calibration SME.
  • Create and update calibration SOPs, PMs, and related documentation.
  • Prepare measurement uncertainty budgets.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years calibration/metrology experience in GMP/FDA environments.
  • Broad proficiency across temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, volume, radiation, and electrical measurement.
  • Experience with analytical, manufacturing, and R&D instrumentation.
  • Strong OOT investigation and root-cause skills.
  • Ability to write/revise procedures and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and basic mechanical/electrical repair skills.
