Target Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00/hour (W2)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Industrial HVAC/R Technician to maintain and repair industrial and commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems across multiple facilities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing campus. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of critical building systems.

Job Duties:
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems (chillers, walk-ins, process cooling units).
  • Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and complete work orders accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Travel between sites using a company-provided service vehicle.

Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of industrial or commercial HVAC / Refrigeration experience (no residential-only backgrounds).
  • Universal EPA Certification and valid driver’s license are both required.
  • Associate Degree or Trade Program in HVAC preferred, or equivalent experience in facility maintenance.
