Hire Type: Direct-Hire, Onsite w/travel
Target Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000/year base + commission/bonus plan

Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all capital equipment sales operations within a defined geographic region. This role involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan to generate orders from both existing and prospective customers for capital equipment and related services.
Job Duties:
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and territory planning.
- Deliver strong customer service and support to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Effectively manage time, territory, and customer relationships.
- Handle administrative tasks such as account profiling, CRM usage, timely submission of sales call and expense reports, and completion of required documentation.
- Collaborate with international representatives to identify customer needs when applicable.
- Continuously build technical knowledge of company products and services.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows.
- Present products and services to clients through professional presentations, a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, and clear communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical aptitude and ability to grasp complex products.
- Bilingual proficiency in English. Spanish is helpful.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for business success.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel up to 70%, both domestically and internationally (including some weekends).
- Ability to work for extended periods at a computer or in transit via car, plane, or other transportation.
