SharePoint Site Developer
Job Description
- Design & Brand SharePoint Sites: Build, customize, and maintain intranet pages and templates that align with internal brand standards.
- Optimize User Experience: Streamline layouts, navigation, and file organization for consistency and ease of use.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with IT, Marketing/Brand, and Business Units to ensure technical feasibility and brand alignment.
- Revamp & Refresh: Audit existing SharePoint pages, clean up content, and ensure everything reflects current standards.
- Support Communication Goals: Contribute to internal campaigns and digital initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, SharePoint design, or internal communications is preferred or at least an Associates degree
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint design, branding, or digital communications.
- Proven ability to build SharePoint site pages/templates and apply branding/customization.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across IT and Marketing and cross functional teams.
- Bonus: Experience with ShortPoint or custom web design.
