Target Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000/year

Job Summary:
Seeking a proactive, hands-on Facilities Manager to lead site operations supporting the development and production of medical devices. This role manages building systems, safety compliance, space planning, and vendor coordination in a GMP-regulated environment.

Job Duties:
  • Oversee daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, custodial, landscaping, and security systems
  • Ensure compliance with EH&S standards (OSHA, EPA, building codes)
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and service quality
  • Lead infrastructure upgrades, space planning, and facility improvements
  • Serve as primary contact for audits and inspections
  • Maintain preventive maintenance and respond to urgent issues
  • Track and manage operational and capital budgets
  • Collaborate with EHS, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure a safe, compliant workplace

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years’ relevant experience, or Master’s + 3 years
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards
  • Preferred: Experience in medical device/pharma, GMP/FDA/ISO environments, cleanrooms
  • Preferred certifications: CFM, LEED
  • Proficiency in CMMS, AutoCAD, and/or BMS
  • Background in sustainability and energy efficiency is a plus
