Overview
We are seeking an Operations Trainer to support the development of electronic assemblers and test technicians building advanced computing hardware. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining standard work instructions, delivering hands-on training, and ensuring employees are fully equipped to perform assembly and test processes safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and improve standard work instructions and training materials for assembly and test processes
• Deliver hands-on training to assemblers and test technicians, ensuring understanding of tools, equipment, and procedures
• Track and maintain employee training records and certifications
• Evaluate training effectiveness through audits and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Coach and support operators to build confidence, capability, and consistency on the production floor
• Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support process improvements and new product introductions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by updating documentation, retraining employees, and recommending effective training methods
• Ensure consistent training practices across teams, shifts, and product lines
• Reinforce safety, quality, and ergonomic standards in all training activities
• Communicate best practices and training updates across the organization
• Maintain training boards and provide regular updates on schedules, progress, and key metrics
• Participate in cross-functional projects and support operational goals

Qualifications
• High school diploma, technical training, or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or a related production environment preferred
• Experience training or mentoring others in a hands-on environment strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and basic engineering documentation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly tools, test equipment, and quality inspection methods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment
• High school diploma, technical training, or equivalent experience required

Work Environment
This role operates primarily on the production floor and may involve exposure to noise, machinery, and manufacturing materials. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
