About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management & Logistics Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order processing, efficient shipping coordination, and smooth customer communication. While the primary focus will be on order management and logistics, the role will also include involvement in special projects that support operational improvements, as well as providing back-up receptionist support when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order entry and tracking process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate logistics and shipping activities, including carrier scheduling, documentation, and delivery follow-up.
  • Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or fulfillment issues quickly and professionally.
  • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Support special projects related to logistics, purchasing, and operations improvement.
  • Serve as a back-up receptionist by answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with front desk duties.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support auditing, performance tracking, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, or shipping preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP, order management, or shipping systems is a plus.
