Operator Technician
Job Description
Location: Buffalo Grove
Type: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $22-$27 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities:
Adhere to company policies, including ISO Standards, Health and Safety, GMP, and continuous improvement.
Maintain clean work area and uphold 5S Standards.
Conduct visual inspections, report defects, and package products to specifications.
Operate assembly, packaging, and Injection Molding equipment.
Perform mold changeovers and troubleshoot processes for quality control.
Enter production data into Mattec and participate in Lean initiatives.
Manage Kanban systems and perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
Utilize SAP for documentation and support Production Supervisor as needed.
Perform Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) on unsafe equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma, GED, or Injection Molding Machine Experience.
Basic math and PC skills.
Clean manufacturing and warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.
Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
