Operations Manager
Job Description
- As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehousing, shipping, receiving, and rework processes. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining continuous improvement initiatives, while also fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in the areas of employee engagement, coaching & training, safety, and quality.
- Oversee and positively impact the facility budget.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory, corporate, and supply chain requirements.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance work team.
- Utilize tools like Lean and Six Sigma to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
- Promote a safe and compliant work environment
- Work in the LMS and WMS to identify areas for improvement
- Coach & train employees and ensure safety and quality procedures are being followed
Qualifications:
- • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, OR 3+ years experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
