Job Description
- You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of production operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, improve quality, and meet production targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, improve quality, and increase production capacity.
- Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost reduction to optimize production processes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations leaders, providing mentorship, training, and coaching to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and developers to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives at the processing center.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure overall success.
- Prepare and manage budgets for the Processing Center, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
