Job Summary:
The role of the Network and Controls Engineer is to address and resolve technical product issues . Responsibilities may include troubleshooting, commissioning, repair, maintenance and training of electric automation equipment.
Job Duties:
- Supports a positive safety culture to reduce injuries and maintain safety in the work place.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex field problems that may involve electric automation and related systems.
- Will work on complex issues --network and communication support with end-user customers across the organization
- Provide advanced technical support for field technicians and sales for electric automation and related systems, including network and communication requirements.
- Work closely with sales, commercial operations, product and engineering teams as key technical resource supporting large new business opportunities, as well as new product development for electric automation.
- Aids in the development of training programs for electric automation and delivers training to customers and Flowserve employees.
Qualifications:
- Digital communication experience is required
- Abiliy to travel up to 50% (Domestic & International)
- Electrical Engineering degree preferred
