Hire Type: Direct Hire

Pay: Base up to $100,000 (DOE)
Bonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options: Bonus based off individual and company performance
Job Summary:
Generate new sales/customers through proactive sales and marketing techniques. Maintain existing customers through continuous interface and support. Maximize sales margins. Control national sales and marketing costs. Continuously monitor variable international factors; including but not limited to, exchange rates, duties, freight charges, etc… Keep sales and marketing aware of all sales efforts and special situations via direct contact, weekly schedules, inter-company memo’s, and sales reports. Develop and maintain sales support vehicles; including but not limited to, independent representatives, independent distributors, and additional company sales engineers.
Job Duties:
• Have a strong knowledge of AC & DC power systems, specifically in the areas of measurement and control.
• Have a strong knowledge of the overall power industry, including OEM’s, utilities, large industrial users, associations, and regulatory bodies.
• Basic computer skills and program knowledge in Windows, MS Office, CRM
• Have management skills necessary to maintain and develop the nation.
• Have strong communication skills; including but not limited to, phone skills, memo’s, formal quotes, and direct sales.
• Have strong sales & marketing skills.
• Select and implement trade shows (working with our team), seminars, advertisements, etc… as needed.
• Understand and apply the company policies.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AS or technical school diploma preferred.
• 10 years direct regional sales experience.
• 5 years direct sales management experience.
