- Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market verticals with a sharp go-to-market strategy tailored to the plastics manufacturing space.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop short and long-term sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of successful team management and leadership.
- 3+ years of direct experience in the plastics manufacturing industry—you know the materials, the market, and the margins.
- Proven track record of expanding into new markets and scaling sales operations.
