Job Summary:
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support manufacturing processes. Serve as a subject matter expert, performing advanced technical and mechanical tasks requiring specialized training, licenses, or certifications. Communicate any issues affecting production to the Operations Supervisor. Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines.

Job Duties:
  • Perform technical and mechanical tasks specific to assigned areas, such as robotics, CNC, machining, wire EDM, facility maintenance, mechanics, electrical work, tooling, and die making.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facility systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering plans, and schematics for equipment setup and repairs.
  • Modify, fabricate, or replace machine components as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
  • Assist with equipment installation, system connections, and operational adjustments.
  • Maintain proper segregation and disposal of waste and recyclables.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand regularly.
  • Proficiency in handling materials and manipulating objects.
  • Strong vision capabilities, including close and distance vision, color recognition, and peripheral vision.
  • Physical ability to lift objects ranging from 5 lbs. to 100 lbs.
  • Knowledge of machining operations, tool handling, and measurement techniques.
  • Experience in troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Specialized training, licenses, or certifications as required for the specific role.
