Job Description
- Lead and establish a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) team to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.
- Audit and improve preventive maintenance programs while developing and tracking performance metrics.
- Champion the transition from reactive to predictive maintenance, using data-driven strategies.
- Provide engineering support for process improvements, spare parts, and equipment optimization.
- Partner with equipment manufacturers to implement innovative upgrades and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with standards for manuals, safety protocols, and spare parts.
- Identify and manage capital projects, from equipment replacement to new production line support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reliability strategies with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment (Food & Beverage preferred).
- 2+ years in maintenance, reliability, or industrial engineering.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS systems.
- Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD preferred).
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments.
