Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
Location: Merton, WI
- Support new product development projects
- Analyze, develop and test designed equipment to meet specified customer requirements
- Execute customer orders and configure equipment appropriately based on customer requirements
- Design and 3D model machine components and process systems in SolidWorks
- Prepare and review designs and detailed drawings, collaborating with Manufacturing and Sales teams
- Select components, assemblies and materials based on technical information from customer requirements and vendor offerings
- Support the Engineering Change Request and Change Order process
- Associate degree in mechanical engineering, engineering technology
- Knowledge and some experience with SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software
- Knowledge and some experience with AutoCAD or other 2D drawing software
- Lean Manufacturing experience a plus
- Skilled using spreadsheet and word processing software (MS OFFICE)
