Job Description
Location: Cleveland, OH or Middleburg Heights, OH
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $80K–$110K+ (flexible for 10+ years of experience)

- Manage and execute mechanical engineering projects of varying complexity
- Develop process design basis and prepare cost estimates
- Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Apply engineering judgment to solve complex technical challenges
- Coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Interface with clients and support on-site project activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards
- Ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with engineering software such as AFT Fathom, Arrow, PV Elite, Caesar, and HVAC-related tools
