Architectural Drafter
Job Description
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $50k-$55k
Bonus: Monthly bonus opportunity up to 30%

- Create complete architectural shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and submittal packages from design blueprints and sketches
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints to develop installation and construction drawings
- Translate architectural drawings into detailed fabrication packages with supporting documentation
- Collaborate with Architectural Designers, Engineering, Production, Sales, and Customer Service throughout the project lifecycle
- Support design development to ensure finished products align with architectural and customer requirements
- Coordinate and support projects from initial concept through final delivery
- Associate’s Degree in Design, Drafting, or a related field, or equivalent transferable experience
- 1–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Ability to interpret blueprints and create detailed architectural drawings
- Solid mathematical computation skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with Windows-based software
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills across multiple organizational levels
