Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Roseville, MI. This hands-on role involves assembling conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and related components in accordance with engineering drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble conveyor systems (MDR, belt, gravity, roller, etc.) and components following engineering drawings and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to fit, align, and secure parts.
- Perform basic mechanical fabrication tasks such as drilling, cutting, tapping, and fastening.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper function and quality compliance.
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve assembly issues.
- Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and support a safe workplace culture.
- Package, prepare, and stage equipment for shipment as required.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or fabrication environments preferred.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and safely work at heights (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills and adherence to safety protocols.
