Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: West Columbia, SC 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support our engineering team in product development, testing, and process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, collaborative environment and has a passion for working with cutting-edge technology and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Support engineers in the setup and calibration of equipment and tools.
  • Assist in conducting experiments and gathering data for product development.
  • Perform rework, troubleshooting, and quality testing on parts, components, and assemblies.
  • Utilize advanced software and tools to collect and analyze data, making real-time adjustments as needed.
  • Help determine and improve methods and procedures for manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or a related field preferred
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable using data collection tools and software
