Job Title:  Manufacturing Supervisor (Aseptic Filling)
Location:  Chicago, IL
Hire Type:  Direct Hire
Target Pay Range:  $40.00 - $45.00/hour (bonus and overtime eligible)

Job Summary:
Lead and oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including fill-finish, visual inspection, and finished product packaging, ensuring compliance with cGMP, EHS, and company standards.  Drive production efficiency, employee development, and regulatory adherence to meet production goals.

Job Duties:
  • Supervise daily manufacturing, visual inspection, and packaging.
  • Train, develop, and evaluate team members; conduct performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and EHS standards.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and ensure project completion.
  • Participate in qualification, validation, and investigations; implement CAPAs.
  • Author and review SOPs, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor processes, maintain documentation, and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product flow and operational performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences (5+ years of experience) or Master’s degree (2+ years).
  • Experience in aseptic processing, PFS visual inspection, and serialization preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA cGMPs, problem-solving, technical writing, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
