Job Description

- Upgrade & Optimize: Continuously improve existing methods and equipment to reduce costs and enhance product quality.
- Collaborative Problem-Solver: Partner with production and service teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Plant Power-Up: Assist plant maintenance in evaluating, procuring, and maintaining plant equipment to support efficient and safe manufacturing.
- Engineering Expertise: Bachelor's degree in engineering with a strong understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing methods, and project management.
- CAD Whiz: Proficient in CAD software; experience with Micro Station and Solid Edge is a bonus.
- Communication Ace: Excellent presentation, technical writing, and listening skills.
