Title: Manufacturing Manager
Location: Deer Park, IL 60074
Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:
• Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process for engineered to order products, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of manufacturing personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Project Management: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on project timelines, resources, and customer requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present reports on production performance, including KPIs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure the company vehicle is equipped with necessary tools, parts, and materials for effective product support, with all equipment and tools supplied by the company.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Must have ERP system experience preferable in Syspro
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in an engineered to order or custom manufacturing environment.
