Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop technical and non-technical production teams
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity
  • Manage production operations to meet customer quality and delivery expectations
  • Coordinate lean manufacturing practices across global plants
  • Oversee capital budgets and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and teamwork
  • Support new product industrialization and plant layout transformations
  • Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions for production issues
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for production performance
  • Maintain a safe working environment and participate in safety programs

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of experience, including 3-5 years in management roles
  • Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Preferred skills: Injection molding experience, medical device manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, SAP knowledge

Salary Range: $140,000-$170.000
