Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

We're seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Manager in Buffalo Grove, IL, to drive excellence in Plastic Injection Molding, lean manufacturing, and plant operations. Key Responsibilities:
Direct, train, and supervise Plant Production/APU personnel.
Create production operations for customer quality and delivery satisfaction.
Lead Plastic Injection Molding programs for continuous improvement.
Ensure a safe working environment, participating in plant safety programs.
Build strong relationships with internal staff and key customers.
Serve as a point of contact between plants, ensuring conformity to standards.
Coordinate Lean Community exchanges for global projects.
Conduct Plant Lean Audits and manage production performance.
Develop/maintain annual capital budget and assure compliance with quality standards.
Develop personnel for succession planning.
Support Plastic Injection Molding plant layout transformation.
Ensure IT systems adherence to standards.
Facilitate teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Implement programs for plant cleanliness.
Ensure smooth cooperation for industrialization projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3-5 years of management.
Lean Manufacturing experience.
Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk up to 80% of the shift.
Ability to coach and mentor.
Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Plastic Injection Molding and Medical Device manufacturing experience.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
SAP experience.
ISO 8 Clean Room production environment and general office.
Occasional travel between campus buildings by car or foot.
