Job Description
Salary: $55,000–$58,000
- Established, financially stable manufacturer with a long history of success in airflow, HVAC, and industrial applications

- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to support high-quality, efficient production.
- Support workflow analysis, work methods, and plant/department layouts to improve material flow and productivity.
- Assist production and new product development teams with troubleshooting stamping dies and press equipment.
- Help identify and specify required tools, jigs, fixtures, and special equipment for new or existing production lines.
- Assist in developing cost justifications for new manufacturing equipment purchases.
- Support the installation, startup, and debugging of production equipment.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance product quality, throughput, and profitability.
- Create, update, and maintain visual work instructions and written manufacturing guidelines.
- Update and maintain manufacturing routings and process documentation.
- Assist in developing manufacturing infrastructure to support new or improved manufacturing processes.
- Perform time studies and analyze manufacturing data to reduce waste, cycle time, and process variation.
- Perform other manufacturing engineering support tasks as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience around general manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or a similar 3D CAD/modeling software.
- Experience with manufacturing data analysis or process improvement is a plus.
