Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000 per year (depending on experience)

Position Overview:

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Sterling Engineering, you will play a critical role in the design, testing, and documentation of products from concept through production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as experience with various manufacturing processes and tools.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product quality and performance.
Create detailed documentation and blueprints for manufacturing processes and components.
Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards.
Work with injection molding, steel fabrication, machining, and other manufacturing techniques.
Design and develop pumps, valves, and pressure vessels.
Handle electronic packaging and circuits.
Manage wire harnessing for various applications.
Contribute to automation and simulation projects.
Utilize 3D CAD modeling software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Altium Designer.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering.
Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling software, including SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Altium Designer.
Strong understanding of injection molding, steel fabrication, machining, and related manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of pumps, valves, and pressure vessels design and development.
Experience with electronic packaging, circuits, and wire harnessing.
Ability to work on automation and simulation projects is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
