Hire Type: Direct Hire

Job Summary:

  • Support Manufacturing team by designing production intent fixtures and jigs

  • Take rough concepts, 3D model them, and create drawings for machine shop

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in current assembly fixtures and tooling


Qualifications and Skills:

  •  High degree of skill using Creo or Solidworks, including large assemblies

  • 5+ years 3D CAD design experience

  • Understanding of tolerances and stack-ups

  • Solid understanding of GD&T

  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
