Compensation & Hire Type
  • Hourly Pay Range: $45-$55/hr
  • Hire Type: Contract

Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a key contributor to optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Applying engineering principles to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes.
  • Creating and modifying 2D and 3D CAD models and detailed drafts.
  • Collaborating with production teams to troubleshoot and improve machining operations.
  • Utilizing knowledge of various machining equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, EDM, and CNC machinery.
  • Implementing and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for quality control.
  • Operating and interpreting data from various inspection equipment to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD modeling and drafting.
  • Hands-on experience with machining operations, including running equipment such as lathes, mills, grinders, EDM, and CNC machinery.
  • Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role is required.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with inspection equipment and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
