JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop a US-based assembly team, including hiring and training new members
- Coordinate production processes with international engineering team
- Review and implement engineering documentation for assembly processes
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components of robotic systems
- Test and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems
- Monitor production challenges and communicate solutions with engineering team
- Maintain and update technical documentation based on assembly feedback
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the assembly process
- Manage day-to-day operations of the assembly team
- Build strong working relationships with remote engineering and QA teams
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical assembly
- Proven expertise in electro-mechanical systems testing and troubleshooting
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
