OVERVIEW
Join a growing robotics company and combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, allowing you to build and manage a team from the ground up while directly contributing to the assembly of cutting-edge robotic systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and develop a US-based assembly team, including hiring and training new members
  • Coordinate production processes with international engineering team
  • Review and implement engineering documentation for assembly processes
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components of robotic systems
  • Test and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems
  • Monitor production challenges and communicate solutions with engineering team
  • Maintain and update technical documentation based on assembly feedback
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the assembly process
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the assembly team
  • Build strong working relationships with remote engineering and QA teams

REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical assembly
  • Proven expertise in electro-mechanical systems testing and troubleshooting
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Leadership or mentorship experience preferred

Salary: $100,000-$120,000/year
