• Manage design-driven improvement projects from concept through implementation
• Partner with suppliers on fabricated components (sheet metal, copper tubing, etc.)
• Lead Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and update drawings in SolidWorks
• Provide daily support to production—troubleshooting, answering technical questions, and improving workflows
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities (cost, manufacturability, performance)
• Create and maintain BOMs for custom builds
• Validate design changes through testing and data collection
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, test, and engineering teams

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment
• Experience with SolidWorks (modeling and drawing updates)
• Strong problem-solving and project ownership mindset

• Experience with refrigeration or HVAC systems
• Understanding of PID loops or control logic
• Background in project management or applications engineering
