Hourly Rate: $85,000-90,000

Hire Type: Direct hire, full medical benefits, holiday and vacation pay, 401K, etc.
Job Duties:
- Produce finished drawings based on customer prints
- Review and approve drawings
- Determine cost effective manufacturing processes including standard and custom cutting tools, work-holding fixtures and functional gages as required
- Coordinate with outside vendors for quote and purchase of tooling/fixtures
- Diagnose and resolve production problems and continually analyze and improve the production process
- Assist with estimating new parts and feasibility reviews as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience with CNC machining
- Experience with 2D & 3D modeling software
- Knowledge of metal cutting principles and practices
- Training in Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control and Continuous Improvement
