Job Description
Location: Near Elkhart, IN
Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 (Based on Experience)

- Lead and implement CI/Lean Manufacturing projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Analyze and optimize production workflows, tooling, equipment layout, and manufacturing methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, design) to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Support equipment upgrades, new installations, and factory layout planning.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and standard work instructions.
- Provide technical support to maintenance teams and begin transitioning into a supervisory role over maintenance operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability, assisting in the development of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all engineering and maintenance activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
- Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Strong leadership potential with a desire to take on a supervisory/managerial path.
