Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 8+ skilled employees in a custom manufacturing setting
  • Collaborate with four other managers to oversee job production
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and mentor team members on new projects
  • Schedule and allocate resources for manufacturing processes
  • Evaluate and participate in the hiring of new team members
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to the production team
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality output in a custom production environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in automation or related industries
  • Strong background in managing electricians, machine builders, or machinists
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, custom production environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Additional Details:
  • First shift position, starting as early as 6 AM
  • Reports directly to the Plant Manager
  • Pay: $35-40/hr
