- Process Optimization – Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Materials Innovation – Apply expertise in plastics and modern manufacturing methods to support product development and production.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with design, production, and engineering teams to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
- Technology Integration – Assist in implementing advanced systems and technologies to streamline workflows.
- Continuous Improvement – Drive lean initiatives and promote best practices to reduce waste and add value.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical drawings, and tolerances.
- Background in plastics processing (injection molding, thermoforming, or related).
- Familiarity with product design and 3D CAD software.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and innovative production techniques.
- Commitment to precision, efficiency, and high-quality output.
