What You’ll Do
- Process Optimization – Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Materials Innovation – Apply expertise in plastics and modern manufacturing methods to support product development and production.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with design, production, and engineering teams to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical drawings, and tolerances.
