Process and Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000/year + 15% Annual Bonus Eligibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Develop and sustain manufacturing processes, procedures, and standards to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, PFMEA, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition new products from R&D to full-scale production.
- Manage engineering projects including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Troubleshoot automation systems, robotics, PLCs, and HMIs.
- Support equipment installation, debugging, and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements (NEC, NFPA 70, etc.).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in automated manufacturing.
- Experience with SPC, PFMEA, VSM, and statistical tools for process optimization.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with robotics, PLCs (Control Logix), VFDs, HMIs, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
