Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician – Second Shift
Location: Palatine, Illinois
Shift: Second Shift – 10% Shift Differential
Pay Rate: $38–$41/hour

We are seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to join the team on second shift. This role is focused exclusively on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery to support consistent, high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machinery
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
  • Perform routine inspections, calibration, and setup support as needed
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to support operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with CNC equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and control diagrams
