Job Summary:

Job Duties:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of production equipment.
- Utilize various tools (hand and power) to perform maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a proactive approach to equipment upkeep through preventative maintenance.
- Champion safety by adhering to all LCI core values and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and maintenance leadership to ensure a supportive work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.
Qualifications:
- Experience using basic hand and power tools.
- A strong foundation in basic mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- The ability to diagnose and maintain various production equipment (hoists, welders, saws, etc.).
- Excellent communication, reading, and writing skills.
- A knack for interpreting technical manuals and drawings.
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- A commitment to safety, a positive attitude, and a high degree of reliability.
- A valid forklift and/or aerial lift operator's license (a plus).
