Job Summary:

Job Duties:
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of production equipment.
  • Utilize various tools (hand and power) to perform maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to equipment upkeep through preventative maintenance.
  • Champion safety by adhering to all LCI core values and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians and maintenance leadership to ensure a supportive work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.

Qualifications:
  • Experience using basic hand and power tools.
  • A strong foundation in basic mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • The ability to diagnose and maintain various production equipment (hoists, welders, saws, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, reading, and writing skills.
  • A knack for interpreting technical manuals and drawings.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • A commitment to safety, a positive attitude, and a high degree of reliability.
  • A valid forklift and/or aerial lift operator's license (a plus).
