Job Description

Position: Maintenance Technician 
Location: Goshen, IN
Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $25-$32/hr (based on experience)
 
Job Duties:
  • Able to safely perform maintenance tasks using basic hand tools and power tools 
  • Able to safely and proficiently perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and rebuild tasks  
  • Able to safely and proficiently perform basic troubleshooting and movement of electrical circuits 
  • Responsible for diagnosing/maintaining/installing production hoists in a timely fashion 
  • Able to safely and proficiently operate forktrucks and aerial lifts
  • Responsible for powering down, raising, and securing overhead doors
 
Qualifications:
  • Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic prints 
  • Repair-Education/Experience with machine operation and repair  
  • Mechanicals – Experience with servicing HVAC or pneumatic compressors 
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
