Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliable operation of our manufacturing machinery. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of various equipment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and may possess additional qualifications in areas such as safety, quality, and CMMS. Join our team and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Duties:
  • Complete preventive maintenance on machinery, engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical equipment malfunctions and perform repairs
  • Use precision measuring instruments and testing tools to locate issues.
  • Remove and replace defective parts, adjusting functional components.
  • Control downtime by advising production workers on maintenance techniques.
  • Maintain parts and supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for documentation.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment, following regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team and support occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5+ years of manufacturing/maintenance experience.
  • Preferred qualifications: associate degree or higher, powder coating/E-coating/painting experience, safety and quality knowledge, familiarity with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles, CMMS experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
