Job Summary:
  • Your role involves diagnosing and correcting issues with key process equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and contributing to industrial engineering projects. With 6+ years of experience and proficiency in PLC, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, and mechanical repairs, you'll be a valuable asset to our team. Apply now to be part of our success!

Job Duties:
  • Investigate, diagnose, and correct issues with key process equipment.
    Troubleshoot problems using schematics, ladder diagrams, and drawings.
    Enter repair requests into CMMS database.
    Perform preventive maintenance inspections and complete necessary repairs.
    Assist in industrial engineering projects.
    Install and upgrade key process equipment and systems.
    Report discrepancies and practice lock-out tag-out procedures.
    Attend and complete forklift certification.
    Complete purchase orders and ensure PPE compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in PLC, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, and mechanical repairs.
    Ability to read schematics, ladder diagrams, and drawings.
    Knowledge of CMMS, quality procedures, and corrective action processes.
    Capable of investigating, diagnosing, and performing corrective actions.
    Experience with upgrades, design modifications, and new installations.
